Build the default operating system for social commerce.

We're a small team in London. Our bet is that social commerce becomes one of the most important channels in retail, and that right now nobody has built proper infrastructure for it. If you want to work on something that hasn't been figured out yet, with a team that ships and disagrees without being disagreeable, read on.

What we do

Unbox Commerce turns social video into brand-specific intelligence. Our customers are some of the world's largest consumer brands — companies working with thousands of creators who care deeply about how their brand shows up. We help them find the right creators, catch brand safety problems early, and figure out what's actually working on platforms like TikTok Shop.

Social commerce is growing fast and the tooling hasn't caught up. We've raised a seed round, our customers include brands you'd recognise, and ML and AI are central to how we build.

Our values

Five things we actually believe, not five things that sound good in a deck.

We are revolutionaries. We're building at the front edge of something new. We ask 'why not?' and we're not interested in how things have always been done.

We go fast, with purpose. We run at problems. We move quickly and we don't stop until we've actually solved something.

We face the friction. We don't pick the easy problems. We go after the ones that have stumped everyone else, stay close to the detail, and try to make complicated things simple.

We lead with kindness. We look out for each other. We disagree directly and without ego. There's no room for politics here.

We change things for the better. We treat setbacks as information. Every week we try to be a bit less wrong than we were.

Who you'd be working with

A small team where everyone has real surface area on the business. You'll work directly with the founders and have line of sight on every customer, every product decision, and every commercial bet. You won't have to ask permission to do good work.

We hire for taste, judgement, and the willingness to own outcomes.
